1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LifeMaxing (the App), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LifeMaxing is a personal growth and wellness application designed to help users improve their lifestyle, track habits, and achieve their wellness goals. The App provides features including habit tracking, meditation guidance, sleep monitoring, and personal development resources.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The content provided in LifeMaxing is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not replace professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting or changing any diet, exercise, sleep, or wellness program, and with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

You use the App and any activities, plans, or suggestions you follow through the App entirely at your own risk. LifeMaxing, its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers do not accept responsibility or liability for any adverse health outcomes, including without limitation injury, illness, worsening of a medical condition, allergic reactions, or any other physical or mental harm, whether or not such outcomes are alleged to relate to your use of the App.

6. LifeMaxing Pro Subscriptions and AI Credits

LifeMaxing offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewable LifeMaxing Pro subscription. Free accounts receive a limited number of AI-powered actions per day. Pro subscribers receive unlimited AI credits for personal, non-commercial use within the App, subject to the fair-use limits below.

To prevent abuse and keep the service sustainable, Pro unlimited AI credits are subject to a fair-use daily cap of twenty (20) AI actions per account. This limit is more than enough for typical daily personal use. AI credits reset each day and are shared across AI features such as meal scanning, recipe generation, affirmations, and alarm voice messages. We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice.

Subscription plans available for purchase:

• LifeMaxing Pro Monthly — auto-renewable subscription billed monthly
• LifeMaxing Pro Annual — auto-renewable subscription billed annually

Current prices are displayed in the App Store / Google Play purchase sheet and on the in-app upgrade screen at the time of purchase. A free trial may be offered where available; after the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless cancelled.

Auto-renewable subscription terms (Apple App Store):

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed through your Google Play account settings according to Google’s billing policies.

7. User-Generated Content

You may be able to submit content to the App. By submitting content, you grant LifeMaxing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LifeMaxing and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LifeMaxing and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This includes, without limitation, any claims related to personal injury, death, illness, or any other harm to your health or well-being, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LifeMaxing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
