How to Delete Your Account Data

Follow these simple steps to delete your data:

  1. Open the LifeMaxing app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings (usually from your Profile or Menu)
  3. Tap on "Delete my data" button (shown in red)
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

⚠️ Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and irretrievably deleted from our servers.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Health & Wellness Data: All tracked habits, fitness activities, nutrition logs, meditation sessions, and sleep patterns
  • Personal Content: Journal entries, gratitude logs, affirmations, vision board images, and custom goals
  • Progress Data: Achievement history, streaks, scores, and progress statistics
  • App Settings: Preferences, customizations, and notification settings

Important: This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irretrievably deleted from our systems.

Data That May Be Retained

For legal, security, or business purposes, we may retain certain information for a limited period:

  • Transaction Records: Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations
  • Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
  • Anonymized Data: De-identified, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you personally may be retained for analytics and research purposes

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to access the app to delete your data (e.g., lost device, app not working), please contact us:

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your LifeMaxing account
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account
  • Reason why you can't access the app

Response Time: We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.
